Assist in implementing patient satisfaction and service quality programs.
Conduct patient rounds and surveys to gather feedback on hospital services.
Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure timely resolution of service-related issues.
Support initiatives and campaigns that promote a patient-centered culture within the hospital.
Maintain accurate records of patient feedback and prepare summary reports.
Provide assistance during hospital events and community activities related to patient engagement.
Ensure adherence to hospital policies, confidentiality standards, and service protocols.
Preferably with a valid driver's license for community or outreach support.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in patient relations, customer service, or healthcare support.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle patient concerns calmly and courteously.
Basic knowledge or familiarity with patient satisfaction tools (e.g., surveys, feedback forms).
Excellent coordination and time management skills.
Compassionate, service-oriented, and attentive to patient needs.
Preferably with a valid driver's license.
