The Patient Experience Officer is responsible for ensuring a positive and seamless experience for patients at the clinic. This role involves managing patient interactions, addressing concerns, and implementing initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and overall clinic experience. The Patient Experience Officer collaborates with clinic staff to maintain high-quality service standards and improve patient outcomes.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Interact with patients and their families (if needed) to address concerns or special needs that may arise during their course of treatment.
Work with healthcare team and administration to solve problems that patients may have.
Respond to and investigate complaints and concerns.
Collect data about patient care problems.
Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency in the operation.
Facilitate the resolution of the patients and their families concerns with the staff and physicians.
Collaborate with other departments related to operational and admin tasks.
Work with the health care team to elevate the overall patient experience by making the patient feel comfortable and cared for.
All other duties/responsibilities that may be assigned by the Company, its directors and/or persons designated by the Board of Directors.
Qualifications:
Must be a licensed medical professional
2-3 years work experience in a clinic or hospital as medical professional.
Excellent patient-centered experience
Being able to communicate in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean is an advantage.
Willing to be assign in Mactan or Oakridge Clinic.
