The Parts Head supports the business and its Operations by ensuring that our inventory is able to supply the demands of our clients. She/He manages Parts Operations within the dealership to provide the highest level of external and internal customer satisfaction while maximizing return on investment through parts sales, inventory control, and expense control. The Parts Head ensures team motivation and development, and that the SOPs are in place, observed, and continuously developed.
University degree
At least 2 years' working experience in the related field
Experience in heavy equipment industry is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office. Additional knowledge in other programs or applications is an advantage.
