Receives and processes parts requests of Internal and External customers and in determining parts requirements for vehicle repair and/or improvement of vehicles as required by the customers in accordance with the prescribed guidelines and standards in parts request processing
Attends to the overall housekeeping/ maintenance requirements of parts display area in accordance with prescribed guidelines and standards
Acts as overall custodian of the parts counter hard copy documents / computer records
Monitors and informs internal and external customers for the status and availability of the parts order / request and recommends related and/or substitute parts if necessary
Issues the requested parts to the requestor once available
Submits the parts quotation to immediate head for review and sends the approved quotation to the requestor
Ensures that all records/data maintenance are done in compliance to the approved Records Management System
Willing to be assign in Mandaluyong City
Summary of role requirements:
Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays and Saturdays
1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
