What we are looking for:
Our client, a rapidly expanding online P2P marketplace for buying and selling online businesses, is looking for Partnerships Marketing Associate (Affiliates). Reporting directly to the Head of Growth Marketing, this is an exciting junior-level role where you will be responsible for the recruitment, management and development of client's Affiliate program, sponsored and influencer partnerships.
This is predominantly a Business Development role, aimed at growing inbound leads to our client through the use of affiliate, content, blog and referral partnerships. The target partnerships will be: mainly industry focused, partnerships that are related to Amazon FBA newsletters, blog focused newsletters and people looking to start or grow their business. The role will involve cross-functional collaboration with content marketing and design.
This position will be based in the Philippines and will work closely with the global team based largely in the US and Melbourne, Australia.
This role is 100% remote work.
In this role you will:
Recruit new affiliates and partners that align with our client's brand and where there is a shared community interest
Establish and continually building a list of target affiliates, partners and influencers
Establish growth in our inbound partnership originated leads
Manage inbound enquiries and assessing the value of a partner
Provide partners with content and ideas to continually revitalise the partnership
Present insights and recommendations to drive sales and conversion for the channel
Manage all day to day activities for the affiliate channel
Manage development of content or creative for the partnership channel in coordination with design
Objectives:
Build a prospect list and recruit partners to win leads to our client
Create content syndication, paid ad placements and affiliate marketing
Key Results:
Achieve 150 active affiliates representing 200,000 in revenue for the year
Approach 100 new Influencer / Partnership channels monthly
Activate a minimum 3 new partners monthly (not including affiliates)
About You:
2 -3 years of sales background with demonstrated experience in proactive outreach, communication and relationship management will assist you to excel in this role.
Previous affiliate experience with networks would be advantageous
Proven ability to initiate new partnerships and discover new opportunities to drive business
Numbers oriented, ability to work with finance to present ROI for partnerships
Strong organizational, analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail
Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work quickly, efficiently, and strategically with a wide range of internal departments.
Outstanding communication (verbal/written) and collaborator
Enthusiastic team player with the flexibility to re-prioritize, multi-task and switch tasks fluidly
Self-motivated and takes initiative with an innovative mindset to drive new ideas and think outside of the box as an entrepreneurial leader.
