Position Responsibilities
Deltek is seeking an energetic Partner Sales Specialist (PSS) with a positive attitude and sense of urgency who likes to jump in and make magic happen. The PSS is an exciting and newly created role that will support the growth of Solutions Partners and Deltek's growth in annual revenues.
The PSS is an integral part of the assigned Partner Team and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of key partner initiatives including new partner recruitment, partner onboarding, partner account engagement, and partner communications. The successful candidate will focus on facilitating revenue growth with key Solutions Partners while working across both the Deltek Channel and Direct Sales teams. This position will report to the Sr. Director.
Responsibilities
Team with Channel Managers, Sales and Partner teams to grow Deltek's market share
Responsible for understanding our Solutions Partners business models/structures
Responsible for supporting our Solution Partners on products, selling best practices and resources
Responsible for supporting and administering lead processing, contracts management, Salesforce opportunities and reporting
Engage and support partner focused activities facilitating revenue growth
Support and drive Solution Partner pipelines in coordination with Deltek Sales teams
Responsible for promoting and driving marketing success within the Solution Partner community
Manage partner accreditation metrics that adhere to the global partner program
Assist in recruiting and onboarding of new Solution Partners
Drive engagement and growth with an assigned set of focused Solution Partner accounts
Qualifications
Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales, customer support, or business development
Demonstrated experience driving revenue growth within a partner/channel model
Background in Software and SaaS preferred
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and achieve metric-driven results
Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
Possess a mix of relationship/sales and analytical/project management skills
Understanding of CRM tools (SFDC a plus) and remote video applications
