Position Responsibilities
Responsible for understanding our Solutions Partners business models/structures
On-board new partner organizations and partner employees by monitoring and supporting contracting, completion of enablement paths, creating/updating profiles, communicating processes/policies, and providing guidance
Engage and support partner focused activities facilitating revenue growth
Generate partner program key performance indicator metrics through systematic reporting and structured cadence of communications
Track partner performance relative to Program requirements
Continuously monitor data quality for partner metrics
Capture metrics to assist the Partner Managers in the management of their partners so they understand the value each partner brings to the program
Develop, document, improve and maintain partner program standard processes
Qualifications
Located in Philippines, Makati City
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations and/or Partner program Operations
Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, enterprise software/services
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Strong Partner & Customer Focus
Proven capability to work in a team and collaborate; with independent accountability, project management skills, and great execution
Intelligent, creative, hardworking and ability to quickly learn and process new information about our industry, solution, partners, competitors, etc.
Bachelor's college degree or equivalent preferred.
Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, and Salesforce.
Willing to work US shift schedule
