Job Description
1. Support all wholesale order fulfilment using both our own inventory management system and our vendors' systems. Process orders by creating and inputting sales orders, commercial invoices, packing lists and ensure 3PL have all required information to process orders on time and accurately
2. Support daily Shopify Sales by inputting region specific orders into our systems accurately and email our 3PL account managers to make sure orders are received and processed
3. Receive 3PL information and input all shipping and tracking information back into our systems and excel sheets.
4. Help sourcing manager to coordinate purchasing orders and help follow up on logistics and delivery with freight forwarder to have items sent to manufacturer or 3PL warehouses
5. Work with Marketing & Sales Lead and PD & Production Manager with any supply chain and sourcing needs.

The Qualities You Possess:
1. Superior computer literacy and comfortable with using multiple SAP and inventory management systems. Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
2. Detailed oriented, organized and ability to work autonomously with a heavy workload and meet deadlines.
3. Great communication skills for frequent interaction with Managers. Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal working relationships with internal/external suppliers and fellow team members at all levels.
Daily activities
1. Process approximately 30+ wholesale POs a month
2. Check Shopify for non-US orders (5-10 / day) and 50+ gratis orders a month. Input orders into 3PL systems, receive shipping confirmation fro 3PL via email, then input tracking information back to Shopify
3. Check with 3PL teams from time to time to make sure orders are being fulfilled
4. Coordinate logistics of purchase orders with production manager
**Salary Package-13k-18k depending on experience for 4 hrs. of work
8am to 1pm Mondays to Fridays
