Our client is a Sales Agent for a boutique agency in Queensland, and he is looking for a Virtual Assistant to help him field daily calls and emails.
Tasks:
Take phone calls and take down caller inquiry details when the client is away
Managing and building buyer database emails
Manage social media accounts
Other admin tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant
Prior experience working with real estate clients or businesses
Effective communication skills, confident to be on the phone and has a neutral accent
Proven experience in managing social media accounts -- increasing follower count, engaging with followers, responding to messages or comments
Work From Home Requirements:
At least 10mbps internet connection
Back up internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher)
Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher)
Headset with mic
No background noise during work hours
Must not be currently employed full time
