Campaign Overview
We are number one source for all language interpreting services. We're dedicated to providing you the best video and phone interpreting services, with a focus on customer service, variety of services, confidentiality, and flexibility.
With us, interpreters are always in reach 24/7 via landlines, cellphones, tablets, and computers. Within seconds your staff members can have access to trained and experienced interpreters through our advanced telephone system, app, and website. We strive to get you reliable support during your experience with your Limited English Proficient LEP. Therefore, we offer a video conference call to connect you to your LEP remotely.
We are a fast-growing interpreting agency and we're looking for someone with expertise in telemarketing who is determined and energetic to help us grow our business.
Work to be done:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to share information about the company
Schedule Zoom meetings with our potential prospects.
Explain how our services can enhance their business
Cultivate new clients by answering their questions and follow-up emails
Closing sales and leading customer through the signing up process
Staff will handle B2B telemarketing, they will need to look for email addresses of prospects
Staff will play several responsibilities e.g. working on Calltools - a telemarketing software, receiving and making calls, scheduling live demos on Zoom, sending, and receiving emails and communicating to agencies
Qualifications
Telemarketing or customer service experience
Plus for experience in interpreting market
Proficient in Google Drive and other Google applications
Excellent communication skills
We need to get a staff with good communication skills, especially the staff members who will help us communicate to high ranking managers
Energetic, professional, and friendly demeanor
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Writing professional emails to potential leads and follow up with them
Preparing marketing materials on email marketing, social media pages
Providing a successful marketing strategy.
Candidates MUST have a high speed internet connection and a good featured computer. (minimum of 8GB RAM Memory, 10mbps Internet Connection)
Our hiring process:
We're starting up our business; therefore we're contracting with you at the beginning to perform 20 hours of work a week. These 20 hours will be distributed evenly to five days a week. 10am-2pm EST.
Working hours
11pm - 4am Manila Time Monday-Friday
