This is a remote position.
Our client is a placement company catering to facilities for the aged as well as hospitals and communities by providing healthcare professionals and professional services.
They are looking for a part-time Recruiter to help them find the best healthcare professionals for their clientele. They are seeking professionals who understand the intricacies and challenges of nurse recruitment, have knowledge of the talent market, and have proficiency working within HR systems.
Contribute to the overall quality of our care, patient care services and accreditation eligibility of the system through your successful recruitment efforts.
Work with division leaders, department chairs and nurse leaders to address vacancies and provide predictive analyses to identify future staffing needs.
Ensure RN candidates meet all state and federal regulatory requirements and have appropriate licensure or accreditations.
Utilize marketing, sales and service skills to promote positions and negotiate hires.
Develop, launch and report on strategic recruitment campaigns.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a well-rounded HR, nursing or business professional with a bachelor's degree in a business-related field and at least one year of health system recruitment or HR experience.
At least 4 years of HR experience that includes hiring and interviewing may be substituted for education requirements.
Candidates should be very organized, have exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, and have the proven ability to multitask a diverse array of assignments reliably and with limited supervision.
