Job Requirements:
With work experience relevant to the role.
Must be a registered Nurse.
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Able to maintain confidentiality and can work independently on assigned tasks
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the health and wellness of all employees
Attend medical concerns of employees
Provide first aid assistance to employees requiring emergency treatment
Evaluate sickness for issuance of medicines
Review pre-employment medical results
Document medical records with utmost confidentiality
Prepare requisition of medicines and medical supplies as the need arises
Act as Health Provider Coordinator:
Educate employees about health promotion and prevention
Prepare and ensure accurate daily timekeeping reports
Perform other duties as may be required by management from time to time or as the situation dictates
