Rate: $4 - $5/hr and earn up to 11,000 PHP
Schedule: 9am to 11am Mountain Time, M-F, Lunch break and short breaks not applicable
 
Qualifications:
Experience in recruitment, preferably in transportation or logistics (Best if they have actual experience recruiting for Truck Operators)
Knowledge of truck operator requirements
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies for truck operators.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media: Craigslist, FB, Indeed, etc)
Work on any needed applicant correspondence/concerns/arrangements
Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
Manage relationships with potential hires and facilitate onboarding.
Maintain needed records/documentation
