Job Description
The company serves the needs of specific niche markets like libraries, parks and recreation departments within municipalities, and organizations that provide care to individuals with developmental disabilities. A market researcher will be responsible for looking up these organizations online and identifying appropriate contacts for our sales team to reach out to. Appropriate contacts can be identified based on their role within the organization.
A successful candidate will be able to search the Internet for information about these organizations and use a bit of creativity and analysis to find information that may be scattered among different locations and different kinds of documents. They will also need to learn how to use specialized contact research tools like Seamless.ai. Once contacts are identified they will need to be entered into our customer relationship management system (CRM).
The company will provide all necessary training.
