Outsourced is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company located in Manila, Philippines that provides dedicated full time remote staff and offshore staffing services to foreign companies of all sizes.
We have 300 staff and are aiming to grow to 500 staff within the next 2 years. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for winning new international business clients who will hire additional staff via our dedicated offshore staffing services.

Job Description
Our client is looking for a Bookkeeping assistant. They are a fast growing company doubling in size year on year. They now need a bookkeeping assistant to help assist their accounting department. This is a permanent remote work from home position and will be work from home permanently for the future. They are a waste management company with hundreds of suppliers and customers and through our continual success we now need an assistant to join our team. The position is a part time 25 hours per week to start with, with an opportunity to do more hours.
Willing to start ASAP!
Must have good and stable internet connection at home
The right person for this position would have the following attributes and items in place. * Working from home experience
Be familiar with technology and be comfortable with working in this environment
Have a quiet working environment
Reliable internet connection
Up to date Laptop or desktop (no more than 3 years old)
Exhibit well-rounded communication skills and fluent in English
Able to work on their own initiative
Highly organised and can portray this
Independent and a selfstarter
Qualifications
The right person for this position would have the following skills and be carrying out these tasks on a daily basis. * Minimum 1-year experience in Xero
Is comfortable with doing and understands the task of reconciliation of bank records
Has a friendly manner to speak to suppliers, chasing overdue invoices
Has a friendly manner and is able to follow up on suppliers for overdue refunds
Has a friendly manner and has 1 year experience in collections or credit control
Assist on processing the payroll
Organizing data and dealing with paperwork
Additional Information
Working hours
Will be working 5 hours a day between 4PM - 1AM Manila Time
