Company Description
Outsourced is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company located in Manila, Philippines that provides dedicated full time remote staff and offshore staffing services to foreign companies of all sizes.
We have 300+ staff and are aiming to grow to 500 staff within the next 2 years. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for winning new international business clients who will hire additional staff via our dedicated offshore staffing services.
Job Description
Passion for interior design
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Use the appropriate colours, fonts and layouts as per our branding guidelines
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Qualifications
Proven graphic designing experience
A strong portfolio of print and web designs, illustrations or other graphics
Strong technical ability in the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite; Illustrator, InDesign,
Photoshop as a minimum
You will have an amazing eye for colour and design, with an edgy and diverse portfolio
Create beautifully designed content for front end web design, email marketing collateral
and social platforms
You will assist the Art Director with creating artworks, recolouring, resizing, editing
artwork files
Coordinating a wide variety of creative tasks including but not limited to; photo editing,
catalogues, flyers, surface design + digital art design
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Whilst your qualifications and experience in Graphic Design across both digital and non-
digital communication are essential elements to your appeal, it will be your portfolio of
accomplished designs that have contributed to brand success that will truly catch our
eye.
