Duties and Responsibilities:
 
•  Provide Basic Health care assistance to all employees
•  Administer Prescribed Medication and Treatment (when needed)
•  Assist the company doctor (when reporting for work)
•  Organize Employee Annual Physical Exams (APE)
•  Assist and organize Quarterly Benefit Caravan - SSS, PAG-IBIG, PHILHEALTH and among others
•  Raise Health care Awareness campaign by sending an email blast to employees and posting  on  bulletin  boards
•  Report on Employee Health, processing Sanitary Permits, HMO and others
•  Keep Health and Safety Records of the EnglishCentral employees and company 
•  Provide Reports necessary for Department of Labor and Employment
•  Assist Human Resource Department in all HR tasks
•  Attends seminars and training
 
Qualifications:
A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Must have a Licensed (not expired)
Previous company nurse is an advantage
At least 1-2 years of experience as a company nurse 
Familiarity in processing DOLE compliance
Certified in BLS, OSH, and BOSH, ONHAP is a big plus
Kind and empathetic personality
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Can follow instructions and a fast-learner
Can work with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Application: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
 

1 Year or less Experience
