We are on the lookout for a highly organized super-star VA to join our marketing team as a CPD Co-ordination Assistant. You will be assisting our marketing team.
We are a part of the RIBA & CIBSE CPD providers network, offering a range of free, RIBA & CIBSE approved seminars - currently held online. We need someone to help keep our CPD program organized and working like a well-oiled machine.
You will be working with excel spreadsheets, emailing potential sign-ups and creating CPD certificates using a PDF editor - tracking everything in our master database (excel). You will need to keep on top of event registrants and attendees and making sure their presence is correctly inputted and tracked.
Daily activities
Adding all new CPD registrants to master tracker database:
Organic
Eventbrite
RIBA CPD Website
Register Eventbrite bookings for the relevant CPD
Register CPD events on relevant platforms
Update master tracker with those who did and did not attend CPDs that they registered for.
Create and send CPD certificates
Assist Sales team with admin tasks, such as updating the CRM, organizing calls and editing spreadsheets
Qualifications
Must Haves & Highly Recommended
Good communication skills
Good knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word
Able to pick up new technologies fast and efficiently
Excellent organizational skills
Experience in a previous admin/ personal assistant role would be preferred.
Working hours
6am - 10am UK Time or 1pm - 5pm Manila time (with 1-2 hours overlap with UK time)
