Their offerings include one-on-one consultations, hands-on treatment techniques, exercise-based rehabilitation, and full assessments in private treatment rooms.Role Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of this dynamic physiotherapy practice. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple administrative workflows efficiently. This role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth communication between patients, suppliers, and the internal team while supporting the clinic's administration processes.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with vendors and handle supplier invoice chasing to keep accounts payable accurate and current.
Build and maintain clinic forms such as intake and medical history questionnaires.
Provide general administrative support, ensuring operational efficiency and smooth clinic workflows.
With the practice director, develop a robust system to complete NDIS service bookings and then take on the role of ensuring NDIS service bookings are up to date.
With the practice director, develop a robust system to complete Home Support Package and Commonwealth Home Support Package bookings; and then take on the role of ensuring those bookings are completed.
Requirements:Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role (healthcare or service-based industry experience is a plus).
Strong computer skills and ability to quickly adapt to new software/tools.
Desire to be part of the practice team and to assist other staff as well as clients.
Excellent written and spoken English with a professional and courteous communication style.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
Work Arrangement & Expectations:This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:
