As the Parking Agent you will support the management of all the parking locations for Getaround. In your day-to-day you'll be ensuring parking data remains accurate and up to date, setting up new parking locations and maintaining existing ones, communicating with hosts and vendors and helping us provide them with a consistent positive experience at Getaround parking locations.

What You'll Do
Use our Parking Locations Dashboard to identify potential errors and following any needed steps to correct them
Update and maintain database
Communicate with hosts and location vendors to set up new parking and maintain existing
Investigate and resolve parking issues that require additional research and follow-up
What You'll Bring
Strong critically thinking skills including extremely high attention-to-detail
Extremely organized
Ability to perform outbound calls
Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
Proficiency with various tools such as Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
Experience with internet research
Contribute to a positive work environment in a fast pace environment
Self-starter and self-motivated
Hungry to learn and grow
