Must be graduate of BS Civil Engineering
With at least 1 year of work-related experience

Willing to work in Lipa, Batangas
Duties and Responsibilities:
Interment
Monitor and supervise Park Operations Crews and interment activities.
Supervise and check layout and preparation of interment site.
Conduct inspections and periodic checking of all device and equipment to be used for park operations.
Prepare daily and weekly assignments/schedules of Park Operations Crews.
Memorial Services
Coordinate with the person in-charge arrangement of interment and/or cremation schedule.
Maintenance
Supervise Park Operations Crews in maintaining orderliness and cleanliness of the park.
Ensure proper maintenance of all vehicle, equipment and tools.
Ensure that the park rules are properly implemented and followed.
Park Development
Oversee and monitor all constructions and development activities in coordination with CEG.
Assist CEG in land surveying and layout works when necessary.
Prepare certification of work accomplishments.
Ensure that all documents such as licenses/permits needed for construction projects are secured and submitted.
See to it that all construction activity are with prior approval from CEG.
Maintain a permanent record of all mausoleums and niches constructed. Information must include owner, contractor, cost and date of construction.
Assist in Construction of Garden and Presidential Niche
Monitor, coordinate and/or oversee construction of outside contractors and in-house construction.
Prepare cost estimates of repairs and minor construction projects in coordination with CEG.
Maintain sets of plans (approved by CEG) from garden and presidential niches.
Prepare certification of work accomplishments.
Assist in the Construction of Mausoleum
Assist the Branch Manager/Marketing Staff in dealing with clients who are interested to build mausoleum by handling technical aspects of the structure.
Coordinate/communicate the submitted plan/design preferred by clients to CEG for their appropriate action.
Communicate regularly to CEG project status pertaining to construction of mausoleum and other major construction project.
Supervise/oversee and prepare weekly status report of all projects being undertaken by CEG.
Perform other tasks as the need arises.
Safety Officer
Oversee the overall management of the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) program in coordination with the OSH committee.
Frequently monitor and inspect any health and safety aspect of the operation being undertaken with the participation of supervisors and workers.
Assist government inspectors in the conduct of safety and health inspection at any time whenever work is being performed or during the conduct of an incident investigation by providing necessary information and OSH reports as required by the OSH standards
Issue Work Stoppage Order (WSO) when necessary based on the requirements and procedures provided by the OSH standards.
Facilitate toolbox, safety meetings/trainings and necessary drills in coordination with the HO Safety Chairman.
Submit monthly and annual reportorial requirement to DOLE and assist government inspectors in the conduct of visit.
Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
