Job Description
This right candidate will become part of a small but growing business providing paraplanning services to Australian financial services businesses
Candidate will be able to work independently, willing to learn and upskill and take on more challenging work and potentially, have the ability to undertake quality control of other team members work as the team grows.
Need excellent communication, particularly written skills and have a high level of attention to detail.
High level of proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
Candidate will need to meet achievable KPI's and, where these are exceeded, would qualify for added bonuses.
Candidate will need to be comfortable with repetitive tasks, be able to work independently, manage their time and meet strict deadlines.
Seeking a candidate with 1-2 years paraplanning experience, degree qualified and with a drive to learn more about Australian financial planning strategies, products etc. and apply this to their role with advice documents to be completed to a high quality standard.
Qualifications
Experience with/understanding of Australian Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSFs)
Experience with Xplan; including Xtools Plus (Modelling) and Wealth Solver and Risk Researcher modules.
Understanding of Australian Financial Services landscape
Preparing Statements of Advice (SOAs) and other advice documents for Australian clients.
Undertake analysis/research of superannuation and insurance products using Xplan Wealth Solver and Risk Researcher modules.
Conduct modelling of various scenarios from simple capital adequacy to complex entity modelling/projections for clients as part of the advice document (not every client).
Manage requests and workflow

Monday to Friday; 7AM - 4PM; Manila Time
Location (Hybrid)
10 office visits/month (Eastwood, Libis OR Alabang, Muntinlupa) - candidate's preference
