The Role:
We are looking for a paralegal who will provide support to lawyers in preparing the documents for sending to external counsels via messenger or email, receiving documents, and coordinating or making arrangement with external counsels.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducting legal research to gather information relevant to cases or legal issues.
Assisting attorneys in managing and organizing case files. This may involve maintaining a calendar of important dates, deadlines, and court appearances, as well as tracking the progress of cases.
Interacting with clients to gather information, provide updates on case status, and assist with any administrative need
Performing various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining the office filing system.
Adhering to ethical guidelines and maintaining client confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Strong organization and multitasking skills.
Experience as Paralegal
A solid understanding of legal concepts, procedures, and terminology is fundamental to the role of a paralegal.
