PARALEGAL
 
Qualifications:
Preferably a law graduate but open for law students
At least one year of experience handling various legal problems
Must have the knowledge in labor-relations cases
Must have the knowledge in drafting pleadings, contracts and other legal documents
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion given
Analytical and detail-oriented
Ability to collaboratively work with a wide range of individuals
Must have a laptop
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate various legal documents or contracts and recommend possible action/s or remedy/ies.
Assist, prepare and draft pleadings, answers, and motions in any cases filed in Court, if applicable.
Collaborate with the company's retainer/ external legal counsel.
Draft and review various forms of contracts and notices.
Assist and represent the company in labor disputes.
Render legal research and opinion.
Assist the company in securing and/or maintaining its' business compliances.
Liaise with other team managers and other professionals, if applicable.
Assist the legal counsel in handling cases and court proceedings, if applicable.
Correspond to letters or replies to legal queries or make demand or cancellation letters to accounts that are due and demandable, if applicable.
