performs a variety of complex legal-tasks under minimal supervision of Attorneys and other Law team members. This role provides professional assistance and support to the legal staff in the development, research, management and resolution of legal issues involving their practice group which includes Corporate Governance, Transactional matters, including Contract and Client Management, Litigation, Governmental and Regulatory Affairs, and Operational and Lending matters. The Senior Paralegal prepares and drafts moderately complex legal documents.
