Job Responsibilities:
1. Land Acquisition and Registration:
Conducts due diligence or property verification prior to company's acquisition of real property with various government offices such as: Register of Deeds, LGUs, HLURB, DENR/LMB, LRA, Trial Courts etc
Transfer of Title and Real Property Tax Declaration in the name of the Corporation
2. Pre-Construction and Post-Construction Permits and Licenses
Responsible in processing and securing all pre and post construction permits and licenses in various Government offices within agreed turnaround time
3. Coordinate with various concerned internal and external teams in securing relevant information and documents needed in the submission of the above-mentioned permits.
4. Transact and represents the Company in any forms of proceedings involved in the release of the above-mentioned documents.
5. Maps and establish relationships to important point of contacts in various government offices for easy follow-through of requests and transactions.
6. Prepares and submits weekly and monthly reports on various accomplishment of the assigned tasks/project.
7. Performs other duties and functions as may be assigned.
Educational Background:
Graduate of any 4-year course
Technical Competencies:
Tech Savy
Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office and Google Suites
Behavioral Competencies:
Must be willing to do fieldwork & business trips
Organized in filing contracts and documents
