Job Description
Assessing the extent of motor vehicle repairs, restoration, or customization requests.
Preparing repair or modification cost estimates and finalizing agreements.
Planning, organizing, and scheduling the workflow.
Regularly updating customers on the progress of their repairs.
Restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition by removing dents, mending parts, removing rust, repairing scratches, and spray painting panels.
Accommodating customization requests.
Ensuring compliance to industry specifications and safety standards.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
Expertise in dent repair, paintless dent repair, hammer and dolly and body filler
Ability to repair and align vehicle frames that has been damaged in accidents
Skilled in removing and replacing damaged panels or parts with new or refurbished/repaired panels
Ability to assess vehicle damage and formulate effective repair plans
Attention to detail, must be precise and meticulous to achieve high quality finish
Must be able to carefully inspect to ensure all damages are addressed
Efficiently manage workflow and able to complete repairs in specified time frame
