Job Description
Visiting site (including capital city and other islands), preparing walls and other surface before painting. Remove old paint of job sites as required before painting.
Selecting the correct tools and paints for projects.
Mixing and applying paints, varnishes, and sealants for a lasting finish.
Using fillers such as putty and plaster to repair cracks.
Request and order paint, brushes, tools, sandpapers and other supplies with approval from supervisor as and when required.
Maintain and use (appropriate) of company tools and machineries and assigned to the indiviual painter.
Follow all health and safety rules applicable.
Collaborating with designer and supervisors.
Clean the jobsite and keep tools clean.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Must have basic knowledge and skill of installation, repairing of residential used electrical and plumbing equipment.
Time keeping. Excellent time management. Excellent writtrn and verbal communication skills in English. Good customer care and sales skills. Ability to understand, analyze and solve problems.
Effective team player with the ability to effectively coordinate with other departments, customers and institutions.

Able to control self during difficult and unusual timings and situations.
Be flexible in timings, able to work long and odd hours if required.
