Our client is looking for a dynamic Performance Media Specialist to join their boutique agency based in Brisbane, Australia. Their team values a work-life balance and investment in their staff's training. This is a small, closely-knit team looking to grow and find hard-working details orientated team members.
The role will be a hands-on digital performance manager but it will require some assistance with the traditional side of the business from time to time which will be included in the training.
No two clients are the same therefore the ability to adapt to different processes or communication techniques will be imperative.
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with extensive experience as a performance manager in Google Ads (must be an expert in Search), Meta Ads, very experienced in Google Tag manager, Google Analytics, website analytics tools, conversion rate optimisation experience, Google Search Console and landing page building.
SEO experience, web development, e-commerce, or any experience integrating AI tools to media campaigns will be looked upon favorably.
You will be required to be an expert at:
Google Ads running Search, Video, and Display campaigns and shopping ads.
Configuring and monitoring conversion points, goals, and user funnels for brands using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Setting up a landing page and making conversion rate optimizations.
Meta Business Suite and making ongoing optimizations to campaigns and ad copy.
Performing daily optimization tasks for paid media campaigns (such as Google, Bing, and others), which include creating new campaigns, keyword research and expansion, bid optimizations, budget management, audience segment optimization, negative keywords, and ad copy optimization.
Regularly implementing changes based on conversion optimization tests (A/B, split testing, etc.) and learnings each month to continually improve SEM performance.
Working with GA and Search Console and other tools to deliver goal tracking, dashboards and reports that give a clear view of website and campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
Using data and analytics (sales, conversion, ad performance, GA and more) to effectively determine opportunities for growth and conversion rate optimisation to achieve maximum ROAS.
Ongoing keyword research, search query analysis, ad copy testing, landing page testing, land page building and processing campaigns via paid platforms.
Work with the team to improve landing page optimization, time on page, and conversions.
Closely monitor and report on budgets for paid media and account spending.
Creating a digital strategy based on the goals of the client.
E-commerce experience, tag manager for e-commerce goals, and Google shopping ad experience would be looked upon favorably.
