Job Description
Our client is one of the world's largest food and beverage manufacturers. They are currently seeking to appoint a Packaging Manager responsible for state of the art packaging solutions.
The position will be based in Cagayan de Oro.
Responsibilities:
Build and manage a team that will foster packaging development and implementation.
Build and manage a first class team.
Ensure quality policies for all packaging materials are adhered to
Manage and improve the packaging material quality and packaging line efficiency
Ensure compliance with local and international legislation on packaging operation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Packaging Technology, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
A minimum of 10 years' Line Management in a packaging environment.
Highly knowledgeable in Packaging Safety, Quality and Compliance.
Good knowledge of TPM and LEAN.
Basic knowledge of Finance/Costing, Marketing.
Aware of statistical process control.
