New package EOL design feasibility review & evaluation
Design of experiment (DOE) for EOL manufacturability in process and package development
Responsible for developing new methods of package testing, lab workers, characterize to match with new/current package requirement.
Design and optimization of mechanical system include tooling, jig and fixture support new package development.
Interfaces with outside vendors for process and equipment technical selection and technical discussion
Review and verify design drawing of lead frame, POD tooling, POD customer and other document mechanical drawing related to assembly processes & machinery.
Trim & Singulation or tooling process with experience preferable.
3-5 Years experience in semiconductors or related filed.
