In our Global IS User Experience Center, you will join our technical team. We are dedicated to establishing a connected, modernized, and automated IT client and application experience that predicts and auto-adapts user behaviors across multiple devices. It is our responsibility that our front-end devices such as PCs, phones, printers, and other hardware support remote working so our colleagues have the best conditions for working wherever and whenever it makes sense to them.

You ensure that we are compliant
As our new Package Developer, System Engineer Analyst, your focus will be on developing, scripting, and testing packages used for automated software installation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the creation of necessary installation guides. This role will be based in Ortigas Centre, Pasig City.
You will deliver first-class service to your administrative Grundfos colleagues when you:
Review and validate software request tickets
Creation of installation guide in collaboration with software owner
Development/scripting of packages for software distribution
Alpha test & documentation of any technical parts in the development process
Beta testing of other team members' packages
End-user test setup (on virtual desktops) and scheduling
Assisting 2nd/3rd line support in finding the root cause for package-related problems and a possible solution
A problem-solver with great communication skills
You are a true problem-solver with broad and technically founded insight into IT. Administrative colleagues from all over the organization benefit from your support - because you are always thinking about user satisfaction when providing help and communicating in a language they understand.
Moreover, taking on responsibility comes naturally to you, and navigating in an ever-changing environment fits your proactive and organized approach well.
We imagine that you:
Have completed your bachelor's degree in any IT-related courses
With 2-3 years of experience from similar work experience obtained in a larger IT enterprise environment is preferred
Knowledge of how to read and understand log files
Know and understand the basics of the file structure, and local settings (application data, etc.)
Able to read and understand messages in event viewer
Familiar with registry editor and where modifications are made when installing software.
Be familiar with the purpose and features of remote diagnostics (DameWare Mini Remote)
Understand what a virus is and the appropriate procedures to use when a virus is detected
Experienced in Powershell and VB scripting using PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit
Experienced in MSI scripting, WISE, or InstallShield
Experience with Microsoft App-V packaging
Familiar with Microsoft SCCM 2012, with knowledge of specific settings regarding packages, collection, and advertisements
Knowledge of deployment tools
Able to write good communications for Runbooks and guides
