OVERALL ACCOUNT MANAGER
 
Job Summary
 
We are looking for an Overall Account Supervisor to lead and manage account operations while ensuring excellent team performance and client service delivery. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills, capable of handling multiple teams/accounts and resolving operational challenges efficiently.
 
Qualifications & Skills
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage teams or accounts effectively
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience in outsourcing, BPO, or operations supervision is an advantage
Knowledge of labor policies, performance management, and client service standards
Job Responsibilities
Supervise overall daily account operations and ensure smooth workflow across assigned teams/accounts
Lead, coach, and support team leaders and staff to meet performance and productivity targets
Monitor team performance, attendance, and compliance with company and client standards
Ensure excellent client service by addressing concerns, providing updates, and maintaining strong client relationships
Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback, coaching, and corrective actions when needed
Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Payroll, Operations, and Recruitment) to support account requirements
Ensure compliance with labor policies, company rules, and performance management processes
Prepare and submit reports on team performance, account status, and operational updates to management
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality
