Job Functions:
• Support GPM (General Project Manager) to implement OSP (Outside Plant) /FTTX (Fiber to the X)
project.
• Act as main interface with the customer, to support GPM communicate with the Customer.
• Define installation procedures and provide support to the field supervisors and the subcontractor
companies.
• Support meetings and requests from Local Authorities regarding the construction requirements.
• Able to train supervisors and provides support in technical civil engineering questions, specifically
around feasibility, duration, and associated costs.
• Support the preparation of project schedules, bids, or proposals.
• Control the quality and quantity of the subcontractors' work with audits when required.
• Focused on detail and implications of decision in cost baseline regarding construction.
Job Requirements:
• Very deep OSP / FTTX background in telecom industry.
• At least 10 years in Outside Plant Construction projects in the Philippines.
• Keen on follow-up of technical change implementation.
• Experience with managing subcontractors and claim management.
• Focused on detail and implications of decision in cost baseline regarding construction.
• Independent working skill and teamwork spirit.
• Can work under high pressure and resolve technical issue independently.
