Responsibilities:
Support the marketing efforts of the company by becoming the first point of contact for leads
Make multiple outbound calls to both warm and cold leads
Do follow ups or send reminders to leads when appropriate
Answers questions about product specifications, pricing, and marketing campaigns.
Enter and update lead information in the database
Hit and exceed targets as required
Do research to identify the right people and companies to call and maintain a list of potential leads
Research to identify a possible addition to the product lineups.
Report or provide feedback on processes or policies that may need to be updated to increase productivity or results
Maintain operations by following policies and procedures
Prepare and manage report
Any additional duties as directed
Skills Required:
Proven experience in handling successful outbound accounts for at least 3 years
Extremely fluent in English with ability to engage in spontaneous conversations
Driven and motivated to hit and exceed goals
Proven sales experience particularly in outbound sales or telemarketing
Great communications skills; must be pleasant to talk to
Not shy about making many calls a day
Goal-oriented and able to work under stress
Research abilities to identify the right people and companies to call.
Competent in using Google Sheets to track the process.
Cool-tempered and resilient to be able to handle rejection well
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Enjoys the challenges found within sales driven roles
Adaptable to changing circumstances with the ability to relate to various types of people
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 4
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Customer service, Business development, Sales
