The Role: Evident has an immediate opportunity for a result-oriented Outbound Sales Specialist. Our ideal candidate is a tireless hunter who lives for finding, developing, and expanding opportunities for new business. This position requires a driven and tech-savvy professional with great listening skills, a collaborative work ethic, and a solid make-it-happen attitude.
What you'll deliver: - Revenue Achievement per product: achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals; the ability to develop a pipeline and close business through solution selling is crucial - Channel retention rate: develop great relationships with existing and new customers to achieve X% of renewal rate - Customer acquisition rate: conversion of leads generated to actual customers. Develop opportunities through prospecting, leads generated via webinars, email promotions, trade shows and events, web inquiries and phone inquiries, etc. and close using consultative sales skills. - Upsell/Cross-Sell Rates: Expand footprint of new products into the base of existing customers; grow existing base through reaching out to end-user customers be it via inbound or outbound sales strategies
What you'll do: - Identify business opportunities by contacting prospective clients, determining their specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet their needs and close the deal - Drive consistent business growth by managing business-cycles (including prospecting, qualifying, forecasting, and managing your book of business) - Conduct periodical market researches and follow key industry stats & trends - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations of products / services to your prospects
What you'll have: - 3+ years of proven track record of success with SaaS sales and/or cloud-based tech products is a must - Hunter/new business mentality and a self-starter mindset - Advanced communication and listening skills with the ability to communicate complex technology and applications - Excellent presentation, negotiation and closing skills - Results oriented, always focusing on getting things done in the most effective way
