Job Responsibilities
· Sell products and services to potential and existing customers
· Serve as the primary point of contact of customers for the delivery of the service sold
· Address customer concerns via phone and/or email
Required Qualifications
· Minimum of 1 year experience in the field of sales and telemarketing in a BPO setup
· Willing to work in the night shift with flexible schedule
· Willing to take on leadership and/or extra responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
· Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or technical support in a BPO setup
· Experience in handling teams or taking on extra responsibilities
· Knowledge in SEO
· Experience in Project Management
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft applications such as but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
