Providing prospects with indicative finance quotations
Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures
Other tasks as directed
Vet lead list for warm and cold leads
Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects
Up sell additional products as need arises
Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects
Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied and request referrals
Receive performance bonus if targets are achieved.
Requirements
At least 6 Months experience in a customer service or customer facing role
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Organized and able to meet deadlines
Proactive attitude towards problem solving
Ability to meet agreed KPI's
This position will require working closely with Sales to ensure accurate and effective quality of sales leads and Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied and request referrals
The role offers permanent Australian work hours and a Permanent Work-from-Home arrangements until further notice.
