Your teams will be targeting B2B sales in the electricity space for Australian and Singaporean customers. Your teams will market by cold call and be fully supported by a marketing group. They need to source and enter some of your leads in the web-based CRM based on your overall strategy and tactics.
You will be supported by dedicated full time sales coaches and business support staff.
ABOUT YOU
You will be home based for ultimate flexibility, with 7am-4pm local work hours. To qualify for this role your computer must be able to run the latest MS office 365 applications and have good Internet speed. We offer a full benefits package after successful probation. Full Training and Windows software provided.
You have at least 7 years' track record in meeting sales targets, experienced with outbound phone-based sales strategies and techniques. You are a natural leader with experience managing at least 20 outbound sales reps. You are a natural leader, you instinctively lead your team to be their best and excel at creating an environment focused on success. You are loved by your team-mates because they know you lead them to success. You are tech savvy and have experience or are comfortable in selling technological and complex financial products.

We are a B2B energy consultancy and brokerage company. Our team of experienced Sales Reps, Analysts, Engineers research and study our customers' energy needs and negotiate with energy suppliers to derive cost-saving energy contracts and solutions for our customers.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
· You will be Group Manager of up to 32 Indirect Outbound Phone / Video Call Sales Reps responsible for meeting individual, team and corporate sales targets. Your Sales Reps will be working from home, and you will be managing them from home.
· You will be responsible for organising and ensuring your teams achieve personal, team and corporate goals. You will motivate, counsel, discipline, recruit and fire team members for maximum performance. You will be supported and work with a Sales Coach in training, developing and upskilling your teams.
· You will be responsible for helping your teams to hunt new leads, lead-delegation, assigning tasks, managing escalated cases, re-organising team structures, assigning team leaders
· You will ensure your teams provide consistently high level of service to leads and customers, actively responding to customers' queries and supporting customers' needs and closing deals, while adhering to professional and corporate policy procedures, standards and guidelines.
· Your teams will cover the Australian market initially, with provided leads in the first month. Subsequently your teams will expand to include regional (Asian) markets.
· Your teams will work from scripts but must be able to creatively improvise to build customer relationships. You will work with a Phone Sales Coach to develop scripts and best practice methodologies.
· You will help your teams build relationships with leads and customers, answering questions not addressed in the script, but always focused on your sales objective
· You will develop customised sales methodologies and scripts for different leads and Sales Reps, delegating and adjusting the methodologies for success
· You have excellent spoken and written English language skills.

REQUIREMENTS:
· At least 7 years of experience in outbound call sales environment.
· At least 3 years managing teams of minimum 20 outbound Sales Reps, and you have led your teams to achieve successful and recent telesales records
· Must possess University or Postgraduate Degree
· Excellent command of English and communication skills
· Able to work in various Asia-Pacific time zone (Mainly GMT +10/ GMT +8).
· Good internet connectivity - Speed and latency (speed minimum 20 MBPS for download/upload speed).
· Sales experience in financial or technical products a plus but not necessary
