Remuneration:
 
P 18,000 to 20, 000.00 with BPO OUTBOUND OR HARD SELLING experience
+ P 2, 000.00 ALLOWANCE pro rated per day of attendance
++Commission***
 
Training Period will start on February 1, 2021 -Fifteen (15) Working Days with P650/day Training Allowance
GC worth P500 upon endorsement to Probationary employment
 
Job Responsibilities:
> Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products.
> Answering questions about products or the company.
> Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
> Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
 
Qualifications:
> With at least 3 months Outbound Sales or Hard Selling Experience
> At least College level
> Excellent English communication skills
> Knowledgeable in MS Office applications and Outlook
> With at least 30wpm (net speed)
> Assertive. Confident. Aggressive
> Good work ethics
> Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
> Willing to work in Cebu IT Park - on site
