All I.T., the leading go-to North American IT services dispatch provider with ten years of experience in providing onsite smart hands services to companies nationwide with a network of partners covering the United States, Canada and Mexico is seeking a results-driven, creative, well-spoken Lead Generation Specialist to assist the company in expanding its customer base.
To be successful as a Lead Generation Specialist, you must be adept at sourcing and researching decision makers that will potentially become prospects of the company. He/she must also have a strong business acumen, and demonstrate excellent management of data, communication and analytical skills.
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Create and maintain Lead lists focused on our ideal customer profile and industries
Reach out to prospects via cold calling and help turn those prospects into customers through appointment setting
Ensure appointments scheduled will show up and attend the meeting/discovery call
Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
Answer calls (in rotation) that come into All I.T. Supported via our Business Development inquiry line
Research accounts, identify key stakeholders and generate interest
Perform effective product demonstrations to prospective customers
Desired skills, experience and requirements:
1 year of experience in outbound sales/appointment setting or business development
Self-driven: the ability to formulate and execute robust sales strategies to meet agreed targets
Autonomous, creative and outcome / revenue focused professional able to engage with customer stakeholders of all flavours and levels of seniority across various industry sectors.
A positive, exuberant approach and a robust sense of humour
Tech savvy and the strong ability to communicate the benefits of a brand-new industry product
Experience in high-volume outbound sales prospecting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should be a great writer, speaker and listener.
Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Navigator, Hubspot, Seamless AI, etc.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Time management and analytical skills.
Coachable and able to take and implement constructive criticism.
Must have the ability to be flexible and perform multiple tasks at a time.
High level of integrity and a strong commitment to building a successful company.
