Position: Plico Outbound Sales Consultant
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Set-up: On-site (Clark, Pampanga)
Responsibilities:
Effectively communicate the benefits and attributes of the Plico offer to prospects delivered via multiple lead sources at varying points in their decision journey (We would provide training on the Plico product)
Conduct all initial lead qualification interactions, setting up home design site visits, using a multi-channel and multi-contact approach to ensure lead conversions in line with KPIS
Manage lead cohorts and ensure nurture activities are activated via HubSpot automation and personal task setting
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for setting site visit appointments by prioritising and nurturing leads with email automations and marketing communications
Efficiently using HubSpot automations and sequences to nurture and convert leads to site visits
Product knowledge proficiency for the purposes of engaging and influencing lead to site visit conversions
