has Confidence to do outbound calls
Understanding the principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
Excellent communication skills;
Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to work under pressure
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies or equivalent.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to translate technical requirements to business needs of customer.
Newly graduates can apply for our junior positions
1-2 years work experience as an Account Manager or Marketing Officer for FMCG client is a huge PLUS for senior positions
Active leadership role in organizations is a huge Plus for junior positions
