Job Description
· Provision all products and service for company customers
· Provide ongoing support to the customers
· Provision of 1st level troubleshooting to assist Customers or other company representatives.
· Testing - including regression testing where an existing product/service has been modified and the testing of new services.
· Assistance to third party field technicians as required ensuring CPE is configured correctly for transacting
· In regards to all information entered into our billing platform (Services, serial codes and stock management, you will be required to maintain accurate and up to date records of activity, including provisioning and support activity, and associated costs
· Managing company accounts
· Maintain Internal & external relationships
· Maintain accurate and up to date records of activity, including provisioning and support activity.
· Providing technical support including phone, email, accounts, and chat for all business products.
· Install and upgrade POS (point of sale), POS Operation Systems and latest software of the company
· Trouble shoot POS database using basic SQL 20
· Configure terminal for Eftpos & software upgrade (as per New Zealand standards)
· Configuring terminals with latest technologies, i.e. Pay Wave, Mobile Pay and Wireless
· Integrate POS systems with Eftpos terminals
· Monitor and resolve open calls in the support queue
Qualifications
Level of Expertise: At least 1 year relevant work experience, handling calls in a BPO setting
Must have skills:
Prior experience in a similar role in customer service.
Excellent troubleshooting and negotiation skills.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional organizational & communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage workload and reach set targets.
Motivated and result driven.
Flexibility and adapt to changing conditions.
You're the kind of person who thrives on interacting with people over the phone, reading between the lines, and figuring out what the customer really needs.
A strong and understanding communicator with a can-do attitude, your customer service along with your computer knowledge will go hand-in-hand with your ability to put people at ease while you talk them through solutions
Understanding of payment solution and industry will be helpful to make call center successful.
BPO experience is a MUST
