Linkage Web Solutions is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Team Director who has previous experience in B2B digital marketing sales.
We're building our Sales Team and I'm looking for an expert Sales Team Director who I can hire and work with to develop our sales team and generate new signups/customers for the company.
We are in the DIGITAL MARKETING OUTSOURCING business and we are looking for someone who has the leadership skills required to build a sales force of Filipino appointment setters and work closely with the Closer in order to signup new customers.
Responsibilities:
Source, Recruit, Interview and Hire skilled appointment setters/telemarketers who have previous experience in B2B digital marketing sales.
Manage and Develop a 7 person sales team of WFH (work from home) appointment setters who can generate leads via cold calling.
Generate 15 new qualified appointments for the Closer on a daily basis.
Work closely with the Closer in order to signup new customers.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of previous experience managing a B2B sales team.
A proven track record showing your sales success.
Can work night shift Monday-Friday from 9pm to 6am.
Leadership skills, you are the type of person who gets results.
Ideally Female, between the ages of 27 to 37.
Responsible, Accountable and Results Driven.
Compensation:
Salary Range: php35,000 to php50,000
$100 Commission payout on each new customer signup.
Bonuses for hitting team quotas.
