Your job is to generate sales for SalezGen clients using outbound marketing methodologies we will provide and train you for.

On Drum, businesses can create offers for anyone to promote within their personal and/or professional networks, and compensate successful referrals with commissions. Drum is a true "pay for performance" digital sales channel. Drum is an early stage startup that has raised >$10M in seed funding.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic, seasoned outbound sales reps with an entrepreneurial spirit. You are responsible for outreach to prospective e-commerce businesses in the United States who will sign up for our client's platform (which requires no up front investment). You would introduce the prospect to Drum, communicate the value proposition and assist in opening new accounts. Sales reps will be provided with a lead list, a sales script, selling materials, a lightweight sales cadence/CRM for outreach, and will be required to keep detailed engagement notes for our customer success team.
Basic Requirements:
Desktop/Laptop (minimum i3 or equivalent specs)
DSL Internet connection atleast 5 Mbps
Must have own working station at home free from any background noises
Quality headset w/ mic and noise cancellation feature
Minimum 3 years solid telemarketing or outbound sales experience for international account(s)
Background in e-commerce sales is preferred (huge plus) but not required
Familiarity with Google applications, online CRMs, VOIP, and marketing software
Must be fluent in English with perfect grammar
Must have good work ethics
Can provide valid character and professional references
Available to work full-time, graveyard shifts, shifting schedules, and can do OTs when necessary

Compensation:
Starting pay is ₱30,000.00 per month turning ₱40,000.00 after 3 months
On top of the monthly rate, we will also pay very generous performance bonus (unlimited commissions) for sales closers. Great results will earn great paybacks

Once/twice a year out of town travel with the SalezGen team (expenses shouldered by the company)
