Has overall sales responsibility for customer relationships and
performance of an assigned customer portfolio for a medium impact
client base in any size cluster/geographical area.

General:
The person needs to focus on pursuing and acquiring high potential new BCO customers supporting the commercial strategies, financial results, and market share ambitions. Primary focus on developing Air and LCL business portfolio.
Develop, implement and maintain the process, staff and solutions required to efficiently respond to complex, multi-regional, multi-modal customer requests for Quote (RFQ) representing within the Area/Country. Liaise with product experts worldwide and provide an efficient conduit that will facilitate the expert's guidance and product strategy to affect our price offers to clients through the development of logical pricing processes and technology
Key Responsibilities:
. Execute the product's strategic initiatives for the growth within the Area to the annual budgeted revenues and volumes.
. Position Maersk towards the local influencers of the global tender success and towards local decision makers on country relevant products
. Participate in and contribute to establishing the Go-to-Market and Pricing strategy of the product
. Lead and execute the price setting process across the product in line the products pricing strategy, including pricing for large strategic RFQ opportunities.
. Lead and execute the Go To Market process of the product in line with the go to product market strategy
. Consolidate and share market information including market development, competition, and customer and pricing trends.
. Participate in and contribute to the annual sales target setting process for the product engaging with Finance and Sales
. Compile in cooperation with Region/Area stakeholders, the annual growth plan initiatives needed to deliver the annual budgeted growth in GP & Volumes
. Ensure consistent monthly delivery of budgeted GP and volume numbers for the product by active monitoring of the global sales pipeline including achieved business wins and conversion ratios across all sales channels
. Proactive engagement with the sales enabling team and/or with regional/area product heads to agree on corrective actions to turnaround negative GP deviation or accelerated positive GP deviation
. Prepare and submit all documents in a timely and accurate manner and keep the internal/external stakeholders informed of the status.
. Understanding business criticality and prioritizing the tasks effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
. Key driver for Power Trade Lane tractions / Growth
. Jointly with the product BPO ensure updated product sales material is maintained and made available to all relevant recipients
. Jointly with the BPO create and conduct product training material and events as required by sales and product stakeholders
. Provide input as required to the QED Process for launch of new products as required
. Provide product input for marketing and commercial activities
. Ensure successful business onboarding
Client Strategy and planning
. Manage and develop the relationship with the sub-entity of the contractual customer in line with Maersk/global strategy
. Develop local business plan for increasing overall supply chain Share of Wallet and position Logistic & Services products
. Grow local presence across products with the sub-entity of the customer through new opportunities-also through sub-suppliers.
. Define the local value proposition and work closely with local product organization to grow and deliver revenue growth supporting the local product P&L
Responsible for Customer Satisfaction
. Support the overall customer experience and support global value proposition
. Have good business knowledge / process understanding to provide added value to the customers through effective business solutions.
Be accountable for :
.Delivering and executing the annual plan for strategic initiatives for growth initiatives within the Area
.Execution of pricing and go to market strategy
.Driving the annual top line and volume growth of the product within the Area.
.Deliver product and sales information and material

We are looking for:
. BS Graduate
. Extensive technical product knowledge including experience in product pricing and go to market strategies (especially in air freight market).
. Has at least 4 to 6 years of proven business development or sales experience within the logistics or freight forwarding industries, preferably with expertise in contract logistics
. Experience in customer facing engagements and presentation.
. Understanding of the key profitability drivers in logistics and supply chain management
. Strong ability to facilitate cross-functional decision-making and execution
. Strong communication and presentation skills
