Your Role and Responsibilities Role: OTC Analyst (Entry Level) Location: Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City Shift: Rotation Job Description Fixed Term Hire (6 months) Data Entry Analysts are responsible for manually entering data (numerical data) into client system/databases in a timely manner based on the DTP/Job aids and on an assigned prioritization from client. Analysts should work to achieve the minimum required productivity and quality targets on a daily basis. Trainings will be provided, and analysts should achieve agreed quality and productivity targets to be certified in order to do live entries for production environment. They are responsible to raise/escalate to the manager in charge if any errors and issues are encountered in a timely manner to avoid any entry errors and customer escalations. Data Entry Metrics include Both Quality (Data Entry Accuracy) and Productivity (Based on Average Speed Targets/Tasks) Account SLA ' is on Timelines Criteria 4:30PM Shift: Rotation Night Shift: 12-9AM / Day Shift 5AM-2PM / 530AM-230PM / 6AM-3PM (Flexible to adjust to different shifts - Night/Day shift, Willing to work on Philippine holidays, Weekends) Expected OTs during peak season and when there are sudden data delays to ensure SLA target is met Flexibility to Report to Office if needed (Currently on WFH) Flexibility to execute Business Contingency Plan (During Typhoons, Volcanic eruption etc.) Need to ensure back up network is available to ensure business continuity Flexibility to extend support QA process whenever needed.
