Description
1) Take lead and supervise for site acceptance of backbone and access fiber network
2) Take lead and supervise for Routine patrolling work orders implementation and preventive maintenance work of backbone and access fiber network after site acceptance
3) Take lead and supervise for Conduct corrective maintenance work orders and timely Fix any network problem if have
4) Take lead and ensure all team members to follow the correct maintenance procedure and meet all kinds of maintenance KPI required by Customer in terms of network availability, network quality index and mean time to restore etc.
5) Coach and continuously improve team member's maintenance competence in terms of efficiency and quality
6) Be familiar with design/as built drawing, fiber testing tools and splicing tools and testing reports
