osp Site Engineer for converge projectZTE Philippines, Inc. (Cebu)

We have an existing Converge Project in Mactan, Cebu. We are urgently on the lookout for:
 
OSP SITE ENGINEER
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Telecom/Electronics or related field
Has more than 2 years of work experience in OSP implementation or in the Telecommunication Industry is preferred
Section technical survey and prepare survey report for candidate sections,
Organize Kick-Off meeting and check detail drawing with sub-contractor if there's any non-standard work item.
OSP work quality inspection, including pole erection, fiber laying and fixing, open trench, HDPE laying, splicing, etc.
Ability to monitor the progress and push sub-contractor to reach the target, send the daily reports.
Monitor and ensure health, safety, and environment match requirement.
Organize acceptance test with customer and sub-con, secure PAC/FAC.
Responsible for other assignments requested by the direct manager.
Respects all internal rules and regulations related to work, administrative tasks, reports, and company internal order regulation.
Good English both in written and speaking.
Willing to work from Mondays to Saturday schedule and on extended hours
Can start ASAP.
